Party Appetizer----(pureed stage)

Hello! I'm going to a party on Friday evening and I want to bring a snack that I'll be able to eat. Any ideas? I lovee guac and salsa, but I don't think I can dip anything in them... I'm not sure what to do!

I actually had to do this exact thing at the same, and I brought guac and chips. I just served myself some guac on a little plate and ate it with a fork. Now (three months out) I eat guac with cucumber slices, and I have also tried Protein chips, but you cannot eat any of those things yet. Plain guacamole really is awesome!

Bring yogurt or pudding

@marandogs Yummmm, good idea. It's good just to eat that alone.

Pimento cheese...like a relish made of sharp cheddar and Colby but made into a spread. As for what to dip in, I'd say just stick with a spoon and fork for now (and tiny ones, because you still don't want big bites).

I like the suggestions above: guacamole, bean dip, pimento cheese, etc.

I would add hummus to the list.

Another great appetizer is baked cheese. You could do a baked Brie, mozzarella, feta, cream cheese, or other baked cheese appetizer.
