Yahooo...I did it..

I made it thru the "walk away the pounds" video.. 30 minutes and I didn't stop one time...that is huge for me...I have never been able to exercise and I would always stop after just a few minutes...I am very proud to have been able to make it all the way thru...

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!! You go girl....you are awesome and NOW don'tcha feel like you are an awesome person???? I remember getting my first two mile walk in...boy I thought I was the shit!!!! It sure does make a person feel good to accomplish something like that!!! And rightly so!!
