I'm in SoCal oct 26. No pre-diet. I did buy some shakes today to stock the house and get ready and I'm having one now!

I couldn't find the premier brand so I bought Atkins. is that a good choice? I don't know what to look for yet.

I tried bariatric advantage, which my doctor recommends - you can get a bag of the powered for around $60 on Amazon. My favorite has been the vanilla one so far, though I did try the latte flavor which was not too bad either!

You just need to watch out for sugar and carb content - the bariatric advantage ones are also vitamin-fortified.

I just got back from my nutrition class. I only have to do a 1 week pre op diet. Thank god!

October 26 here, just purchase my very pricey pre opt diet and vitamin and I start my diet on the 10th, I hope I rock this diet.
