  1. My blood work came back and my white blood cells are elevated. I have to go for more blood work and if they are still elevated they will cancel surgery. I am devastated.
  2. @@Colleen Rothberg I can see that there is an uneasiness in discussing bariatric surgery. There is such a stigma to it. People see it as lazy and cheating, but those of us going through it know that is not the case. Just remember you are doing this for you and your health. Good luck!

  12. I plan to take off 8 days. I hope this is enough because I am stressing over this. I don't have the PTO to take more time and at the end of Oct we have several projects at work that need to be completed. I work a desk job so I am hoping it's enough time.
  13. I am having hernia repair with my sleeve as well.
