Protein/fat/carbs

I'm 3 months post op and just wondering what other programs specify for protein/fat/carb percentages. My program really didn't say and I'm trying to do mfp and you have to plug that in.

Mine didn't give specific percentages, but with the limits and targets they set for me, it worked out to roughly 40% protein, 35% fat, and 25% carbs. I never really worried if I went over on fat though -- I am not afraid of dietary fat as long as it isn't trans fat.

They did not set percentages. I do a keto diet tot try and prevent gallstones and I am working with a University program.

80g Protein, 20g carbs, 38g fat based on my lean body mass.
