Krav Maga

Does anyone in here do Krav Maga? Just wondering how long you have to take a break post surgery, only because of dehydration. You have to drink a butt load of water before/during/after classes. I am learning you can't drink that much water after the surgery.

    I am vaguely familiar with it. From what I understand it's pretty physical. I would check with the doctor before resuming any workout past walking.
