A trick or 2

I've went from being a woman size 24 to 12 in just 6 months so I learn to shop at the thrift store because my body is steady changing so i dont have to constantly spend money on retail priced clothing also when I'm out on a run and I get hungry sad to admit I go to the grocery store and get free samples at the deli and it feels me up also it lets me know what I can tolerate and what I can't at this time in my journey , hope this helps, HAPPY TRAILS TO YOU
