What Next?

I'm at 284lbs, I started at 388lbs in January, I am 93lbs away from goal weight in less than 3 months since my surgery was June 10th, I have met and exceeded all my milestones, including my gym milestones, my next one is to hit 250lbs by December, and hopefully my goal weight early next year, I also want to try kayaking soon, but here is my question for veteran sleevers, what happens after my goal weight, I have some ideas but I want to know if they are on track or off,

1. Maintain or exceed my goal weight long term.

2. Modify my diet to include grains and carbs in a healthy way.

3. Keep taking my Protein since I work out with weight training.

4. Set times to reflect on where I was before surgery to never forget and stay grounded.

5. Be there for someone who wants support going into surgery and guide them through their first few months.

I really want honest feedback to how good my after goals are, you won't hurt my feelings, I was really fat and pretty much nothing anyone says discourages me anymore, I want to see what others have accomplished since hitting goal weight, I need to have goals as part of my routine......

Sounds positive and sensible to me!!

I am not one for making goals but think people like you are my heroes.

I say a job well done !!

I'll perhaps use a few days to consider your question and see whether there is something I would like to make a long term goal. I'll share once I conclude.

All the best
