I want to make the most of my one year post op appt with my surgeon in November. I always forget to ask things and think of them later. I just can shake my nerves when I'm there. What are some good questions you ask at your appts being post op??

I have my one year appointment coming up next month and I would like some input as well. But some questions I have so far are:

1. What should I expect my final weight to be?

2. When would I stop losing weight, how does the weight loss eventually slow down.

3. Do most people in this practice maintain their weight loss and do you have any advice on how to do this?

4. Are there any changes to my medication or diet plan that are recommended?

5. Saggy skin issues any suggestion?

6. When should I be seen again?

That's all I have so far.
