Hello Family ♡ ...Surgery was 9/2 and today was my first post op appt. I'm down from June 5-410 to 367 to 345. YAY????!!! My surgeon said to go ahead and start vitamins now. Tonight, I took my first vitamin (Celebrate chewable Multivitamin w/iron) and I got extremely nauseated. Watery mouth, lump in my throat, heart palpitations...the whole nine yards...I ran to the bathroom, put a Zofran in my mouth and it subsided. Has this happened to anyone before? If so, is this normal? Any advice so that it may not happen again? I have a major fear of vomit...so my experience was 18265380348 times worse and I've been crying for the past hour...
