I have been depressed the last two weeks because I got hurt at work and couldn't go to the gym, but I was sure to monitor myself and stay on track, and I didn't deviate from any other things I do, so in a week or so I hit 288lbs that is exactly -100lbs, then I only have 93lbs or so to goal weight!!!! And Monday I go back to the gym ......

I know how you feel. I had a running injury that kept me out 8f the gym for a week. I couldn't WAIT to get back to it!
