Good morning! I wanted to share with you that you may want to consider using a different protein powder. I am out 9 days since surgery, feeling amazing. I was told by a friend to use ISOPURE protein

Hi everyone,
I am 3 and 1/2 weeks out and am still struggling to get in more than 50g of Protein and 24 ounces of fluids.
I just get so full after a couple of bites and am afraid to force more.
In the morning I have been drinking my Protein shake.
That keeps me pretty full.
And I feel like the rest of the day I am trying desperately to get more in a little at a time.
It's very challenging.
How long until I am able to tolerate more?
Is 50g at almost a month out ok?
When did you get to 70+?
Thanks!
