I know I should ask my surgeon, and I will when I talk to him, but I was wondering how long you post-op peeps had to wait until you were cleared to hit the gym?

I was cleared for walking right away and required to walk for 30 minutes a day. I was cleared for all exercises and the gym at 6 weeks post-op. @@jredding

I was cleared at 8 weeks post op

I was cleared to walk after two weeks for at least 30 minutes but prior to that I was walking around my home and then I was off and running on the treadmill good luck .
