disney 32 days post op

Surgery is sept 9 leave for disney oct 11 any advice

That is a tough one. I went to disney several months post op and that is quite a bit further than you will be. I packed a lot of my own food. There were some things where I just bit the bullet and got a meal, like the character meals where you are "paying for the experience" and you can't really "not" eat their food. So I did that a few times, but other times I would pack things that I knew I could eat and take them along in our bag.

I took a mini vacation exactly one month post-op. For me it was mostly OK. But, I did have to make time to nap one day when we did a lot of walking. Just 30 minutes but it was essential to me continuing the day normally. My advise would be to schedule a nap everyday. You'll need it and maybe if it's already an expected part of the day you won't feel like you're being a drag on your companions (like I did!).

Doing it my way it was good we did the meal plan so I shred my food with the others I had food ordered and delivered from a shopping service so I had my protein drinks and what not available. I felt great it was so much fun...
