post op drinking

Are you able to consume a lot of Water post op?

I have a tendancy for bladder infections and do not want to become dehydrated.

Actually that was one of my concerns before surgery....as was thinking about working out and basically guzzling water!!!

I have absolutely drank all the Water and as fast as I have wanted and no problems.

Hey thanks for the reply and thats good to know I have been drinking a lot of water for years and in the AM I start my day with a big glass of water :P

I didn't have any problems afterwards. I just felt fuller a couple days afterwards with less liquids, while my stomach was swollen. I'm two weeks out and am back to normal.
