Full Liquids...

So it happened today! I graduated to full liquids! It's been 2 very long weeks on clears and I am so happy that for the next 2 weeks I get to eat full liquids! pudding, Cream Soup, and V8 here I come!!

Any suggestions besides the ones I listed for full liquids?

home made leek soup- sautee the leeks and onions in 2 teaspoons of oil, add a carrot, then let them cook until very soft, then put them in a blender.

Yoghurt drinks low fat

Mushroom soup, I felt the home made Soups are tastier and didnt cause nausea for me as much as the commercial ones.

Also, low fat milk with Nesquick

Atkins high Protein Royal chocolate drink- its really tasty
