Protein Chips

Has anyone tried the Quest Protein chips? What did you think? I got some and I thought that they were OK. I just like the fact that I can have a few and it satisfies my craving while getting some protein too. :)

I tried some before surgery but they were like packing peanuts to me. I just don't do chips anymore.

I tried the BBQ ones and I didn't like them at all.. I love, on the other hand, the quest protein bars

I like the BBQ flavor and didn't like sour cream and onion. I like to eat about half a bag. They are good, but half way through, they start tasting weird to me.

GNC carries the Quest chips. I tried each of the flavors and although they were disgusting like some of the other brand, they didn't do anything for me. I'd rather have air popped popcorn for crunch or Mr. Cheese O's. I also like the Balance Bites.

Wish I read this before I spent $5 on two little bags today. I only tried the sour cream and onion and it was yucky. Wonder who i could give them to. Bet my dog won't eat them

I bought way too many from Quest when I heard about them. I am thinking maybe I could smash up some of the sour cream and onion ones and put them in a meat loaf. I know my friend does that with pork rinds.

I love them! I don't crave sweets, but salty has always been my thing. I have several friends who do low carbs and they have all liked them too. I only get the bbq and cheddar ones though!

Quest make my favourite protein bars but I find their protein crisps have a weird aftertaste. The plain ready salted flavour was probably the best of a bad bunch. If I fancy something with a bit of crunch and/or savoury for a nibble, I go for a slice of cheese or low-carb mini corn tortillas (sprinkle with a little seasoning of choice and maybe a tiny bit of cheese, herbs etc, cut into quarters and bake till crisp). I usually do half a dozen of them with the aim of popping the extras into an airtight container for later but my husband usually gets his paws on them so there aren't any spare!

I live in Texas, HEB carries all the quest products... Haven't tried them yet, but more protein is always good...

Yuck! I love most of the Quest products but I've had better protein chips.
