Punched in the stomach

I'm 12 days post op and had a rocky first 8 days but things have really been going well starting on day 9. Then today I have this horrible pain in my left lower stomach. It feels like someone has punched me in the stomach. Is this normal healing pain? Has anyone else experienced it. It's not unbearable but it is so achy and sore. I have my 2 week post op on Friday but I though I would ask the experts here first.

I poop every day :) That hasn't been an issue yet

Just making sure...that's the only thing I could think of in the lower left, especially given my oxycontin-induced constipation in the last few weeks.
