If you are self pay I would think you could get a Dr in Mexico to do it. They seem far more understanding than Drs ruled by ins co's.

Hi,
Does anyone know if surgeons will do weight loss surgery on people with a BMI of around 33 and with long-term struggles with weight loss? I know insurance won't cover that without any comorbities but will surgeons do weight loss surgery on that kind of BMI for people who are self pay?
