Headed To The Gym

I was sleeved in July 29th, 2015. My paperwork post op surgery says its okay to work out in the Gym after 1 month. I'm excited and nervous at the same time. I plan on taking it slow .

What about abdominal moves? Can anyone share how long it was before they felt ready for engaging their core with weights?

I didn't do abs because I'm only 5 weeks out. I go to the Dr. Friday and I'll find out when it's okay to start working on the abs
