Anyone know of some good chocolate shakes I can take 1 week after surgery? I'm so craving chocolate.

Premier shakes. They are premade and the lowest price I've seen for them is at Walmart at about 1.50 a shake. These are the best! They come in chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry cream. 30 grams of Protein.

My favorite was/is the sytrax nectar in chocolate Truffle. I mix it with Milk and and it tastes like choclate milk to me. I had to mix it with Water the first week (Clear liquids only)-- it was palatable, but I MUCH prefer it with milk. Their vanilla torte is also good but I couldn't tolerate vanilla after surgery. I also liked the Vitamin Shoppe's Body Tech Brand.

Lots like premier-- I don't like their pre-made ones since they don't seem to me milk based. I only like my shakes with milk.

Premier protein chocolate. It's like drinking a rich thick glass of chocolate milk. Yummy

I love the Unjury chocolate shakes!

I really like the Premier Protein. I buy the vanilla because they are so versatile. If I want chocolate, I just add sugar free chocolate syrup. If I want strawberry, or any other flavor just add a flavored extract or some use also sugar free Torani syrups.
