Stall

I had surgery on July 27. I lost 30 pounds in the first 21 days but have been stalled for the last 9 days. I have been walking twice a day and eating correctly. Is this normal and what can be done to get back in track ?

oh yes .. it's the famous 3 week stall .... if you do a search on this site for that ... you'll find tons of info on it ...

pretty much we all go through it ... just the body's way of trying to understand the shock you just put it through ...

:)

Totally normal. Wks 4 and 5 I lost a total of 2lbs. Then week 6 I lost 5. It's ok. There will be stalls along the way. I feel as time goes on and I'm getting closer to my goal, it will slow down to 1 or 2lbs a wk. Good luck. ❤️
