Moving Forward

Completed Psych Eval this morning. Didn't feel too great about it. Felt extremely rushed. I will get the results in 2 weeks. I don't like the idea of this being the determination of my entire outcome.

This is the first week I have held myself 100% accountable. After getting the screw off the bottom of the food scale, which is a lifesaver by the way, I measured out all lunch and dinner for the week.

My grocery list has significantly changed. I actually like the wheat English Muffins. I am Pre-Surgery. So, my diet, of course is 1500 calories. I have found a calendar that helps to lay it all out.

I've completed all my visits with health insurance and 2nd req dietician visit will be same day as results in 2 wks. I am still a work in progress. I am proud of how far I've come. sleep study on Monday.

Thank you for the encouragement. It's been a long process. At times, I've questioned if I'm doing the right thing. I've already made most of the requested changes. Now, I just need to lose the required 25 lbs. I know it'll happen now that I have the structured diet.
