Received my approval today!!! Yeah only took a week with UHC. I've been told I will get a free phone calls about pre-op testing and then scheduling the date. Yeah!!! SOOOO ready to move forward with this.

      Got a call today to schedule my EGD. Was told that a few days after that test I would get a call with the results and to schedule my surgery. I was also told my surgeon is scheduling about the weeks

      They said Dr. Carlton is about 3 weeks out. Told me with my EGD fate of 9/10 I would probably be looking at the end of September or Early October for my surgery.

    However , I have a consult with Dr. Long 10/14. I think they schedule the surgery then. I would love to get a surgery date call and go in earlier!! Also, after meeting Dr. Carlton I wish he were my surgeon. He's so incredibly nice !

    That's great news, Sarasleeves! My psych cleared me, so now I am waiting to schedule surgery. I called the off ice yesterday and didnt receive a call back so hopefully Monday.
