Australian. . Surgery October!

Hi everyone! I'm new to this forum. I'm having my sleeve in October..So nervous! Does anyone have any recommendations for protein shakes that are good post op? that are available in australia? :)

    NSW sleever here...

    I use the Syntrax Matrix in both the strawberry Cream flavour and the Bananas & Cream..

    The taste isnt too bad and the price is good...

    I get them on eBay thru supps_r_us because they're much cheaper than everyone else and the delivery is free...
