    Yay! 1 week nearly post op! I feel fine.. incisions don't hurt much which is fab! Can't manage to get these liquids in for the life of me.. and definitely can't get more the 10g of protein! Any advise? Lol Feel free to add me on myfitnesspal Username: penkon

    Thanks heaps guys! I appreciate the feedback.. I'll go see my doc soon. I've read that PPIs can take 4 to 7 days to work.. so maybe I'll hold up 3 more days

    Hi everyone. I had my vsg 4 days ago on melbourne, Australia.. everything is pretty good besides me not sleeping cause of this stupid reflux! Im taking PPIs but it wares off and its just horrible! Does it get better? It's just horribly painful!
