Like Inner Surfer Girl- I too weaned off of caffeine and refined sugar slowly. By the time I started my liquid diet I had been caffeine free for over two months and carb free except for fruits and veg

I found it helpful to wean myself off of carbonation and caffeine gradually and to get at least 64 oz of Water a day. I also practiced eating slowly and mindfully.

Last nut appt September 20th, predicting surgery for October . I am practicing not drinking while eating (wicked friggen hard) I am using the elliptical machine and started doing core training so I won't sag (my biggest fear ever) is there anything I can do the month before to prepare myself more?
