And another question

I'm officially a week out today. Yay! Before I had surgery, pickle pops used to settle my stomach if it was ever acting up & they are like my favorite thing in the world. Has anyone tried pickle juice or a pickle? I know not to eat a pickle but jw about my pickle popsicles ????

Frozen pickle juice?? lol now I am not a pickle person but the juice frozen should be fine...just watch your sodium intake as it can make you more dehydrated.

My surgery is sept 8 so Im just guessing here but I think pickle juice might have too much salt...hope you get more answers!! FYI I LOVE PICKLE JUICE!!!!

I had the pickle pops in week 2 without issue. Helped with hydration and the cottonmouth I had.

I craved pickles and pickle juice for the first three weeks after my surgery. Pickle pops sound amazing!! What a great idea.

A lot of runners use pickle juice for electrolyte replacement. It's kind of controversial but I know many who swear by it.
