Starting to freak out...

I'm still in the pre op stages just finished all my blood tests and evaluations, and now waiting to set a surgery date. But I am starting to freak out! Am I doing the right thing?

Should I just try and eat healthy and exercise one more time? I'm scared of the recovery pain.

I'm from Canada and flying to Vegas to have my surgery and I don't know if 4 days to recover after is enough...

Has anyone else flown so soon after??

Yes I did, and my only wish was I had not done the extra day, I just wanted to get home in my own bed.

The pain really isn't as bad as people think it will be I was sleeved almost 6 months ago it felt like u pulled the muscles in your abdomen and back mostly hurt when getting and down or bending over took pain meds about 36 hours never took anymore the gas pain was miserable for about three days try not to stress about the pain honestly it's not that bad

Had lapband 7 years ago recovery was a breeze. Having sleeve on 26th and I expect a little more discomfort but bearable. I know of one girl who did Zumba a week after the sleeve..that's promising right? It'll be fine.
