G2?

Ok so I am 9 days post op and feeling great! I am tired of plain old water canny drink G2?? I know but was ok when I first got home for my electrolytes but is it still ok???

I was told to, along with propel. Was drinking it up until last week. Some days just really saved me (was sleeved 7/10). Then I started with reflux.

Gatorade is one of the main ways I get my fluids. That and Fairlife chocolate milk! Lifesavers

I love Fairlife milk! It is definitely my favorite!

You can definitely drink G2. I'm 10 weeks post op and continue drinking it throughout the day along with protein shakes and water. It all depends how my day is going. I also drink the powerade zero.

Yep! Though intend to stick with Powerade Zero since it has less sugar.
