Hi everyone, I was banded on 6/28/07. I read the posts religiously and appreciate all the info on what to eat and what not to eat, of course, I can't eat anything right now only Clear liquids and I believe I am really getting hungry!

My question concerns the Lapband Forum: I get lost! Sounds silly, but sometimes I can't find where I left off the night before. Any instructions for this problem or for using the site.:help: What's a trackback?

i know what you mean...when i first started i was baffled.

i'm no expert but i usually "subscribe" to a thread that i find interesting. you can also set it to email you when a new post comes in. to go back to subscribed threads...click on "quick links" on tool bar on top and you can find subscribed threads.

or....

if you post messages...and you click on your own name in a thread....there is a line that says "find more posts by josiebies" if you click on that you can find your way back to all threads you posted on.

anyway i just tooled around to figure things out...but like i said...i'm in elementary school on this one

to subscribe...it's under "thread tools" on tool bar at top of message

I usually just go to new posts and read through them and pick out which ones I want to read. Although, when I post in a thread, my email tells me that

a new post as been added to a post that I have replied in.

I am just as lost but blissfully so...I just hop on and look at the intro post and reply if I have anything to contribute. Sometimes I go to Chat and other times I just wander around!

Thanks everyone, I will try the subscribe and make sure the email area is checked. I am going to print these off and use them for my instructions!
