Food stuck in pouch!

I had my RNY 3 weeks ago and I have been on the soft food diet. I was eating chicken is a tomato sauce. I was distracted and swallowed with out thinking and I have a bit of chicken stuck in my pouch. Any advice please or do i need to go and see the doc!

Meat tenderizor put some on a glass and drink it should fix it ..

thanks I will give it a try.

I would also try some Water and see. usually when something is stuck, it comes back up within 5 min. Or lay down for a big, that might help.
