2 Post Op Visit

Hey my friends!!! So I had my second post op visit on yesterday and all went well. The surgeon assured me I'm headed in the right direction and that those cravings I informed you guys of last week are quite normal. Guys I have really just learned to take this journey one day at a time. I'm not focusing on next week or whether I will get through next month. If I can get through today then I'll worry about tomorrow when it gets here. I know it may not seem like a big accomplishment but I weighed in at 388 lbs at my visit. I haven't seen 388 since college. So not quite 4 weeks post op and I'm down 40 lbs since surgery. I know I have a longgggg ways to go but I've come a long way from 519 lbs. I never want to see 519 lbs ever again!!!!!!! I hope this encourages somebody????????????post-259514-14394862994177_thumb.jpg
