Its an exciting day coming up for you! I had mine three months ago and feeling great. I have been told by multiple people that I have a new passion for life and its true. I have always been a positive person, but my new found confidence makes me feel even better. Take one day at a time. Pay attention to what you are eating and drinking (and how fast you are doing them). I work out a couple times a week too which makes the weight come off faster. I have had no caffeine since surgery and doing just fine without it. As long as you focus on your lean Proteins and are active, the weight will come off faster than you could imagine. Good luck!! Hope your journey is as positive has mine as been.

Sip from a medicine cup or the cap of a bottle of water after surgery - best advise I ever got! A nurse told me that in the hospital and it was GREAT ADVICE! None of the doctors had any real helpful advice about getting the water down...it is hard to drink! That helped me so much...good luck!
