I had a massage today and it was great! Good thing I'm not shy because I did need help getting on and off the table but it was worth it.

Professionals know to not talk at all. Yes...I love massages and I know what you are going through. I used to have to tuck my hands under my thighs so as not to have my hands and arms fall of the side

Just an update... I made an appointment for a massage for this coming Thursday. I am really looking forward to it.

One of the rewards I looking forward to is the ability to get a massage. Once I feel confident I can get up on a table I am going to schedule my first massage in years. I want to eventually be able to get regular massages. I THINK I might be about 30 pounds from scheduling one.

Does anyone get a regular massage or plan to get one post-WLS?
