I was sleeved on 7/29/15

Today I had my first post op visit and the numbers speak for themselves.

Highest weight : 242

Surgery day weight: 229

Post surgery weight: 214.2

That is so awesome !! Congrats !! I get sleeved next Monday the 17th. I'm so excited/nervous. Any good advice you can give ?

Congrats! If you stall a bit in the coming week or two, don't panic! It is very common. Just stick to the plan and keep getting in your protein and water.

@@shellyd67, don't be nervous just follow thru on your property diet and stay focus. Good luck my dear, I'll be waiting on the sidelines to cheer you on!
