My 3 months started

We started my 3 months ! YAyyy my surgery will be after the 1st being I don't wanna meet my deductible at the end of the year. I'm excited.

    @@Shrinkmepls - start preparing now. if your weight changing isn't a big deal with insurance company....then start add-on type diet now! no sodas. more Water. find a Protein drink or two that you like. cut back on sugars and carbs.
