Discomfort near belly button

I am almost 5 weeks out and yesterday I know I did too much as far as lifting my kids etc.. Anyway shortly after me lifting my oldest I got pain near my belly button incision and slightly to the left. Now every time I bend over it hurts!!! It does it hurt just sitting here just when I bend over? You think just a muscle? Or shld I get this looked at?

    What are your weight restrictions? Me... I would go have it looked at! Better safe than sorry.

    I've read nothing over 8lbs for 1st week and nothing over 25lbs until after 8wks. But things very. Your probably fine:)
