Healthy choice frozen

Hi I'm a newbie so forgive my question but at what point can you eat frozen healthy choice I would guess that only half would make us full? But is this a no no food forever?

I haven't ate any frozen meals. I would imagine it's fine. I would just take a look at the nutrition to make sure it's not too high in carbs or sodium

I have had Atkins frozen on occasion. It depends on the content of the meal itself. Just be sure and read the label.
