UHC Requirements

Question: does the 6 month supervised visits need to be consecutive? I was told that as long as I have 6 visits within a 2 year span it will be approved.

Hi. FYI. I'm not sure if you are aware of this but my nutritionist told me that you can see the nutritionist in one of your local supermarkets once a month and it's free.
