Insurance approved my claim today and my surgery is tomorrow at 6:30am!! I'm soooo excited! Keep me in your prayers ????❤️

My surgery date is December 29th provided insurance approves it. I'm very excited about that!! Can you guys give me some advice that you think would make the approval process easier?

My psych evaluation is next Wednesday and that's it.

I do have a 6 month requirement but October 15th will be month 4. I'm with United Health Care. I just called them they weren't too helpful!! ????

I need you guys help! I have met all of my deductible and majority of out of pocket for surgery but the kicker is that if I don't have surgery by January 1st I lose all of that. Can someone give me some advice on what I can do to speed up this process?

Hey did you guys that had UHC have to have a caseworker and if so was it hard to get in touch with them? I can never get my caseworker on the phone and I just got a letter in the mail saying that if I don't get in touch with them they are going to cancel my program!! Ugh.
