I was submitted for approval to the on 11/6. I called almost everyday since then for updated. How long does this part of the process usually takes. I'm undecided if I want to have the surgery 2015 or 2016.

i was submitted to uhc choice plus on 11/04 wed. i was approved on 11/11 wed. so it took 5 business days. i called twice a day. dont feel bad about calling. i called once around 8 am and once around 3 pm.

My Dr office sent my paper work to UHC Choice plus also 11/04/2015.. called yesterday and said was approved I know the feeling..now I got to wait for the actual approval letter before I can get a surgery date..

Have you gotten your approval yet? I submitted 11/16. And was wondering when I should hear back...hate that it was around the holiday time.
