    Thank you ... I tried Isopure and pure protein I've been using a flavorless powder and I mix it with food and juice but it tastes like cardboard lol

These are the two best tasting (or least offensive) powders that I've found.

Approx 23r protein and 110cal per serve.

I have at least four shakes a day as I struggle with the meat eating thing at this stage..

I'm sure others will have differing opinions, but this is what works best for me...

    I drink premier for a grab and go, but also purchased Genepro on ebay. Its a tasteless protein powder you can add to anything and one lil scoop is 30g
