I was sleeved on June 15th and joined a gym last week and started weight trainer with a trainer last week.

I also want to add that I have an artificial knee and the trainer didn't want me on the treadmill and quite frankly I get tripped up walking on my gravel road. So he started me on the elliptical. I did two whole minutes nonstop today (woohoo!). He is very patient and building me up gradually. I'm excited to see my progress.
