One thing I bought beforehand which has been a godsend was two very soft long night/dresses. I had my incisions 'glued' so they haven't needed to be covered. The softness of the fabric is lovely on my tummy which is still sore because I have to inject myself in it twice a day. They also look 'dressy' so if people pop in I don't feel the need to change. Bliss.

Best wishes for the surgery! :D
