Crossfit

Any sleevers who do crossfit? Or some form of body building. Is it possible to gain muscle after the sleeve or take on hard workouts with the limited food?

I know people have run marathons. But what about gaining muscle?

@wanting to be strong and fit post sleeve!

    Oh good question I'm gonna start with yoga to tone and then work my way up to MMA but crossfit sounds so fun. I assume you can as long as you keep up with your Protein.

  • You are completely capable of doing Crossfit. I do it periodically- it's not really my thing, I prefer running, but it is part of the MMA workout with the team I train with and I've never had an issu

You are completely capable of doing Crossfit. I do it periodically- it's not really my thing, I prefer running, but it is part of the MMA workout with the team I train with and I've never had an issue.
