Eating to much

Does anyone know what can happen if u eat a little to much? Can it cause a leak? That is my worst fear.

In the first 3 months my surgeon told me I had to follow the plan carefully so as to avoud a leak.

@@cole225 - I have done it twice and it was only one extra bite of food. It was uncomfortable in my throat. I sit my fork down and chew in between bites. I even think its one too many (I pit into a napkin).
