Am I able to eat too much?

I'm one week out today. Nothing but clear liquids a couple protein shakes and a little jello. Today started "phase II" where I could add yogurt and cream soups(no potato or corn soups). I just fixed a bowl of cream of chicken soup. I was able to eat half of it with no problem. Should it have been that easy? I read about people using baby spoons, etc... I am terrified of overdoing and inadvertently sabotaging this. Is that an ok amount to be able to eat at this point?

Early on, I had very little resistance with liquids. I thought my sleeve was BROKEN! :) As soon as I started eating in my puree stage, that all changed. I could only get in a tiny amount. I learned to measure out how much I should have and eat until I felt full. You will learn your body quick. Best of luck to you!
