Hiccups Help!!

Hey all i am really concerned i have just had a big drink of water and now i have the hiccups.... they dont hurt but i am worried that tey could make my band slip... anyone know about this?

Yep you swallowed air. Try standing straight in an attempt to release the air. Relax you will be ok.

Big drink? You mean many small slow sips right?

Get back on track. Eat small bite SMALL SMALL!

Chew them very well. Swallow without taking in air. Put you spoon down and let the food or drink settle. Then repeat till you are finished. Ten to fifteen minutes.

Your band will not slip with hiccups. They are quite common.
