Weight Loss

I was originally scheduled for surgery on 7/15 and due to being 15 pounds off from where he wanted me to be my surgeon rescheduled my surgery. I have a new date for 7/30! Yay! How many pounds did you all lose in the 5-7 day liquid fast before surgery?

I lost 20 lbs in 14 days preop on my liquid diet.

My doctor didn't require any weight loss, just no weight gain during 6 month pre-op appointments.

I lost 13 pounds in the pre op diet that lasted 10 days. Other than that, I remained at the same weight for my whole 6 months prior. I did not gain and did not lose.

@ octavia16 are the rescheduling due to your sugar dropping to low?
